Investing is not only about charts, numbers and company analysis. Every decision is also accompanied by emotions.
Fear can push us to sell at the wrong moment, greed can lead us into taking too much risk, and FOMO can make us buy simply because others are already making money. It is just as easy to ignore information that does not fit our earlier decision.
The goal is not to eliminate emotions — that is impossible. The goal is to learn how to recognize them and not let them make decisions for us.
We are working on the first texts where we will cover topics such as investor emotions, cognitive mistakes, discipline, crowd behaviour and much more.
